About us

Over 60 years combining tradition and quality.

Colpar Brasil S.A., the holding company that owns the Greenplac brand, began its history with the talent and perseverance of Francisco Colnaghi who, in 1966, by founding an agricultural implement company in Penápolis, a city in the interior of São Paulo, launched the development of a multidisciplinary business group based on a commitment to quality, full-time dedication, and responsibility in service provision.

We are a modern industry that invests in technology and innovation, with processes guided by the essence of family business tradition and simplicity, deeply rooted in the countryside. We maintain transparency in negotiations, quality, and socio-environmental responsibility.

Since its inauguration in 2018, Greenplac has established itself among the main players in the segment, essentially maintaining the family business tradition and simplicity with its roots firmly planted in the countryside.

In 7 years of operation, it has achieved important recognition for its products, which have been awarded nationally and internationally – for example, the Essenziale line, with an award-winning pattern at Interzum, Germany's largest trade fair, as well as other highly respected seals such as the POPAI Award, IF Design, DNA Paris Awards, and ADC Awards – International Architecture and Design Community.

After making a strong presence at the country's largest design and architecture fairs, Greenplac was also recognized for its pioneering spirit with the Gran Colar do Mérito Industrial award from the Federation of Industries of Mato Grosso do Sul. This achievement recognized all the economic development that the company brought to the city of Água Clara (MS) and the region.

Greenplac currently has a modern industrial plant with high-tech equipment and trained and qualified labor, enabling excellent production performance. Guided by ethics and commitment, Greenplac values and encourages integrity and transparency in all relationships with its network of partners, clients, and professionals who use its raw materials.

Today, Greenplac's products are sold in hundreds of points of sale and in the largest furniture manufacturing centers in the country, and the company is seriously and genuinely committed to socio-environmental responsibility actions – such as reforestation programs – FLORA TIETÊ AND FLORA MS, Instituto Resgatando Vidas, Horta Green, and Circular Design Projects.

GREENPLAC IN PRACTICE: Commitment to people

With the aim of boosting the furniture segment, the brand is launching an itinerant project, Greenplac Na Prática (Greenplac in Practice), which provides free professional training to cabinetmakers and designers across Brazil. It consists of a truck and a 40-foot container, customized with an interactive showroom inside, and driven by two woodworking instructors who present visitors with the opportunity to learn and update themselves on 8 industry topics, including furniture design trends, woodworking shop management, and modern woodworking. With the same intention of encouraging the professionalization of the woodworking trade, it maintains a close relationship with SENAI, sending MDF materials, showroom displays, catalogs, samples, and giving lectures to expand knowledge about eucalyptus MDF.

FLORA MS: Commitment to the environment

Reforestation program in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul in partnership with the Environmental Department of the Água Clara (MS) City Hall.

In another action aimed at sustainability, one of its development pillars, Greenplac MDF participates in the planting of native seedlings for the FLORA MS project, developed by the State Government of Mato Grosso do Sul, in partnership with the city hall for reforestation.

The project plans to plant 150 seedlings per month in the region for one year, and together with their employees from the Environmental Department, they actively support the on-site planting. In addition, the company will also adopt a square, “Praça Green,” contributing to the revitalization of the city and providing well-being to residents.

The Greenplac MDF Environmental Department and the Água Clara City Hall's Environmental Secretariat are fully dedicated to the project, which goes beyond planting seedlings. The focus will also be to maintain a technical approach to frequent planting and monitor the healthy growth of the planted vegetation.

CIRCULAR DESIGN: Commitment to transform

BOOSTING ART – Seeking to further enhance its products and give new meaning to small MDF strips, which would otherwise be discarded after trimming for merchandising material production, the brand developed handmade artistic frames. In the hands of artist Eunápio Sturaro, each MDF strip remained environmentally responsible in all its stages – from the chosen methods and inputs in pattern manufacturing to the possibilities of post-use recycling, which became a 3D wooden art piece. It highlights Greenplac MDF patterns, available on the market.

TRANSFORMING WASTE INTO OPPORTUNITIES – In addition to this action, all MDF used in stands, after participation in the main fairs and events in the segment, is donated to serious institutions such as:

– Tabea: A charitable organization that brings together 350 people, including children and adolescents aged 6 to 16, and health and education professionals in the Serraria neighborhood.
– Instituto Resgatando Vidas: An institution supporting young people and adolescents from needy communities in a São Paulo favela, part of the NGO Gerando Falcões.
– ONG Construide: A charitable organization whose mission is to build dignified housing for families in situations of social vulnerability and has already impacted the lives of more than 27,000 people across Brazil.

INSTITUTO RESGATANDO VIDAS – For three years, Greenplac has promoted participatory, in-person contributions, in addition to a serious monthly financial commitment to Instituto Resgatando Vidas, part of the Gerando Falcões group. The institution is one of the best and most well-structured non-profit social organizations in the North Zone of São Paulo, and its main objective is to promote citizenship and social transformation through education and entrepreneurship for young people and adolescents from needy communities in favelas around the Vila Nova Cachoeirinha neighborhood. Commemorative participations on Children's Day with donations of over 800 toys, presence at charity events, and donations of MDF materials to improve the institution's infrastructure are also part of Greenplac's scope of actions with Instituto Resgatando Vidas.
