For our customers' security, purchases paid by credit card undergo analysis and data confirmation with the payment gateway.
It is necessary that your registration is updated, as, if necessary, we will contact you for confirmation before releasing the delivery.

Regarding third-party service providers such as payment transaction processors, we inform you that each has its own privacy policy. Therefore, we recommend reading their privacy policies to understand what personal information will be used by these providers.

Providers may be located or have facilities located in different countries. Under these conditions, transferred personal data may be subject to the laws of jurisdictions where the service provider or its facilities are located.

Bank Slip

The bank slip payment option can be used to make purchases under the cash or pre-dated* condition, meaning that the installment promotions practiced on the website will not be valid for this payment method.
After completing your order, a window will open with the bank slip showing the total value of the purchase, the order number, and the due date. Wait until the bank slip appears entirely on the screen and print it.
The due date for the cash bank slip is always 2 (two) calendar days after the order closing. The bank slip can be paid at any banking establishment until the due date. After this date, the document becomes invalid. If the due date is not on a business day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), payment must be made on the next business day. (*option available only for CNPJ with registered and already performed credit analysis)


If you do not have a printer, payment of the bank slip can be made through your Home Banking or phone, using the barcode located at the top of the document.

Under any of the presented payment conditions, the delivery period for your order is counted from the payment confirmation. This communication occurs the day after payment and can take up to 03 (three) business days, depending on the financial institution chosen for payment.

Note: The conditions presented on this page are valid only for purchases made online.
Greenplac may automatically cancel the order in the following situations:
• Inability to debit the corresponding purchase amount from the credit card;
• Non-payment of the bank slip within the stipulated period;
• Inconsistency of data filled in by the customer in the registration and/or purchase order;

• Discrepancy in registration data informed by the customer;
• Suspicion of electronic fraud or unauthorized card use by third parties.
