Greenplac donates MDF to Auxiliadora Hospital in Água Clara

ESG initiative demonstrates company's commitment to social responsibility at the new 24-hour Emergency Care unit in Água Clara (MS)

Greenplac donated 120 MDF sheets to the new unit of Hospital Auxiliadora, inaugurated on June 26, in Água Clara (MS), the city where the company's headquarters are located. This is the first 24-hour Emergency Care unit outside Três Lagoas — the hospital's headquarters municipality — located approximately 130 km away. The sheets have already been installed in several sectors of the unit, including the ICU, patient rooms, and the CT scan room. In recognition of its contribution, Greenplac received a plaque of appreciation from Daniela Mekaru, the hospital's director of projects and programs. "It is a great satisfaction to collaborate with the health of the municipality that welcomes us so well," said José Roberto Colnaghi, chairman of the Administrative Council of Colpar Brasil, the holding company to which Greenplac belongs.

One of the main highlights of the new unit, which features modern infrastructure and cutting-edge technology, is the installation of the first CT scanner in the region, a historic milestone that significantly expands diagnostic and treatment capacity in the region. The team consists of 15 doctors (including specialists and general practitioners), 5 nurses, 5 nursing technicians, 5 reception professionals, 1 biller, 4 security guards, 4 general services professionals, in addition to the manager.

In addition, the unit will also provide laboratory tests and patient transport removal services. "Being a partner in this project is a great satisfaction, as the community of Água Clara is gaining the best in terms of health," concludes Valmir de Souza, Executive Director of Colpar Brasil, who received a plaque of appreciation on behalf of the company for the MDF donation.
